On with the writing. 2K so far today and still going.

I have also got everyone's photos arranged for visas for China and have reached a new low in personal passport photographs. I usually look dreadful in photo booth pictures, but these make me look as though I'm applying for a place at the Betty Ford Clinic. I'll be surprised if they let me into the country.

Out to dinner tonight with my friend R and meeting up with her partner X after that.

X is a journalist and shortly about to embark on a pre-election bus tour with John Prescott. R, OTOH, works as a stripper/pole dancer. It must be awful to have to associate with sordid, unethical people who only want to exploit others. Still, at least R's got a respectable career and X can't help what he does, I suppose.
