W1: "So, anyway, he had to raise money to send the spider back home."
W2 [after a short, baffled pause] : "The what?"
W1: "He had a tarantula. He had to take it home to Bolivia."
W2: "Couldn't he just post it?"
W1: "And now he's raising money to save a cow."
W2: [even longer, more baffled pause] "From what?"
I had to go out at this point.
