London Edge

Letting me loose in an international Gothic fashion fair probably isn't the cheapest idea in the world. But it was certainly fun and may result in a business trip to Amsterdam later this year to buy more clothes, thus proving (and I apologise if I seem smug) that I now have the perfect day job. For me, anyway.

We drove up to London due to the Tube strike and had a smooth run into and out of Olympia. On the way back we decompressed in Avebury - lovely and peaceful in the September light - and the friend whom we'd taken up to the show bought dinner in the Red Lion.
