Woke to find the Levels encased in frost, ash trees silver-dipped and a cold sun breaking through the clouds. I have been outside for most of the morning, removing old gro-bags from the greenhouse. The horses' water trough was about 2 inches deep in ice. Just as T was leaving it began to snow, which it apparently does about every 6 years down here in the mild coastal SW. Either that or we've shot down another alien spacecraft with the Death Ray of Central London (cf DR WHO).
