I take a sniffy, hoity-toity attitude to poetry, so if I recommend something...you know it's unusual, anyway.

Can I suggest that people take a look at kijjohnson's site: the entry marked "Common Weeds of Elfland".

As I said, I don't often like poetry that isn't, say, Yeats, but this one really struck home.
