The Anti-Social Behavioural Orders tsar is under investigation after she made a foul-mouthed after-dinner speech to a group of police officers.

Whilst I myself have the mouth of a sailor*, I rarely curse during formal dinners and I'm not in charge of the country's code of civilised behaviour.

* unfortunately, the sailor wants it back
